How we source

We buy and replenish our inventory within Thailand. Depending on the brand and product, sourcing can come from established retail chains, pharmacies, brand counters, authorised distribution channels or long-standing Thai suppliers. The objective is simple: keep genuine products available in Thailand and ready for international customers.

What we check before dispatch

• Correct product and variant: formula, size, scent, shade or version is checked against the order.
• Pack quantity: multipacks and bundle quantities are checked before packing.
• Packaging condition: items are inspected for obvious damage, broken seals or unsuitable packaging.
• Product identifiers: barcode, GTIN or manufacturer identifiers are checked when present and relevant.
• Batch or lot information: checked where relevant for products that carry batch or lot markings.
