Store use and product information
You must use the store lawfully and provide accurate information. We take reasonable care with product descriptions and images, but packaging, colour and minor details can change. Product information is general and is not medical advice.
Prices, payment and orders
Prices and applicable charges are shown before payment in the selected market or currency. Payment is made using one of the methods displayed at checkout. An order acknowledgement does not mean we have accepted the order. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order and refund payment where a product is unavailable, pricing is clearly incorrect, payment cannot be authorised, or fraud or unlawful activity is suspected.
Shipping and customs
Orders are dispatched from Thailand. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Import duties, taxes and destination-country charges are the customer’s responsibility. Full details appear in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Your cancellation and return rights depend on applicable consumer law and the type and condition of the product. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory statutory rights. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Intellectual property
The store design, original text, graphics and other content are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or used without permission, except as allowed by law. Product and brand names belong to their respective owners.
Liability
We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation and any liability protected by mandatory consumer law. Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses suffered by a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers may also benefit from mandatory protections and courts in their country of residence. Nothing here removes those rights.
