Shipping & Delivery
Orders are securely packed in Thailand and sent worldwide through selected tracked logistics partners.
No surprise import fees on eligible FastShip All-in shipments
When checkout displays “Duties & Taxes Included”, import duties and taxes are prepaid as part of the shipping charge. No additional import-duty payment is expected at delivery.
Processing and dispatch
Orders are normally checked, packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During public holidays, major promotions or unusually busy periods, preparation may take longer.
Delivery method and charges
Shipping is calculated at checkout according to the destination and the total parcel weight, including protective packaging. The available tracked rate and estimated transit time are shown before payment. Our standard international rates currently cover parcels up to 2,000 g. If no rate appears for a heavier order, please contact us before payment.
Estimated delivery time
Most tracked deliveries arrive in approximately 7–12 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Customs inspections, carrier networks, remote delivery areas, severe weather and other events outside our control can cause delays.
Tracking
We send the shipment’s individual tracking number and tracking link by email when the order enters the export network. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to activate. Depending on the route, updates may be shown by FastShip, the international carrier or the local delivery partner.
Secure, tracked delivery
We use tracked services selected for each route. Parcels receive carrier scans and delivery confirmation. A signature may be requested on some services or destinations, but it is not guaranteed unless specifically stated for your shipment.
Prepaid duties and taxes with FastShip All-in
For eligible shipments where checkout states “Duties & Taxes Included”, import duties and taxes are prepaid and included in the shipping charge. No additional import-duty payment is expected from the customer at delivery. The products are not tax-exempt: the applicable charges are settled in advance. If the checkout option does not expressly state that duties and taxes are included, local customs charges or handling fees may still apply.
Delivery address
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee a change after an order has entered preparation or been dispatched.
Missing or delayed parcels
If tracking has not updated for several business days or the estimated delivery period has passed, contact us with your order and tracking numbers. We will help investigate with the carrier.
