Order processing
- Orders are processed on business days (Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00 ICT).
- Typical processing time: 1–2 business days (may extend during peak periods).
Shipping zones & estimates
- Thailand (domestic): delivery usually 1–5 business days after dispatch.
- International: delivery usually 7–21 business days. Customs inspections may add delays.
Estimates are provided at checkout based on your address and chosen carrier/service.
Shipping fees
Rates are calculated at checkout according to destination, weight, and service level. Any promotional free-shipping thresholds shown at checkout apply automatically when eligible.
Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking. You can also track via our Track Your Order page.
Customs, duties & taxes (international)
Import duties, taxes and fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges. If a parcel is refused due to customs/taxes, any return fees may be deducted from the refund.
Address accuracy & delivery issues
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect/insufficient addresses.
- If a parcel is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, contact the carrier and us within 48 hours.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery scan or expected delivery date with photos (parcel + items). We will assist with a replacement or refund according to carrier investigation results.
Pre-orders / backorders
If an item is on pre-order/backorder, the estimated dispatch window will be shown on the product page or at checkout. Your order will ship when all items are available (contact us if you prefer split shipments).
