This pack contains 3 boxes with 10 individually portioned 5 g sachets per box — 30 sachets and 150 g net in total. Each sachet provides 20 kcal, 2 g of dietary fibre, 0 g fat and 0 g sugar.
To prepare, mix one sachet with approximately 120 ml of hot water and stir well.
