Shipping & Delivery
Orders are prepared in Thailand and sent worldwide with Thailand Post tracking.
Processing and dispatch
Orders are normally checked, packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During public holidays, major promotions or unusually busy periods, preparation may take longer.
Delivery method and charges
Standard orders below $59 are charged a flat $9.90 tracked shipping fee. Standard shipping is free for orders of $59 or more. Bulky, unusually heavy or restricted items may require a different rate; if applicable, it will be shown before payment or confirmed with you before dispatch.
Estimated delivery time
Thailand Post delivery normally takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Customs inspections, local postal operations, severe weather and other events outside our control can cause delays.
Tracking
We send a tracking number when the order is dispatched. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to activate. You can check it on the official Thailand Post website.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fee and remain the customer’s responsibility.
Delivery address
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee a change after an order has entered preparation or been dispatched.
Missing or delayed parcels
If tracking has not updated for several business days or the estimated delivery period has passed, contact us with your order and tracking numbers. We will help investigate with the carrier.
