ACCA by Dr.DSP Anti-Comedone Gel is a lightweight leave-on gel for congested-looking, oily and blemish-prone areas. Choose 4 g or 15 g in the size selector.

Formula and function

  • 2% Boswellia serrata (frankincense) is the botanical concentration published for this reference. Do not confuse it with the Anti-Acne Gel’s 2% butyl avocadate.
  • Zinc PCA is included for oil-balance care. PCA is a moisture-related component, allowing the formula to combine shine-focused care with a comfortable skin feel.
  • 3% Aquaxyl is the named hydration complex. The official description also highlights corn-kernel extract and a three-form hyaluronic-acid complex for moisture-barrier support.
  • This is a topical gel, not a scrub: do not grind the product into pores or squeeze the skin while applying. Moisturiser can follow after absorption.

Choosing this reference

For clogged-looking pores and excess shine when you prefer a light, targeted layer. It is a separate formula from Anti-Acne Gel, despite the similar tube sizes.

How to use

  1. Cleanse and gently dry the face.
  2. Apply a small amount in a thin layer to the intended areas and let it settle before moisturiser.
  3. Use morning and evening according to the pack directions. Finish daytime skincare with sunscreen and replace the cap tightly.
