ACCA by Dr.DSP Soothing Sun Essence SPF50+ PA++++ is a lightweight daily facial sunscreen in a 40 ml bottle, designed to sit between moisturiser and makeup.

Formula and function

  • SPF50+ and PA++++ are the stated protection ratings. SPF relates principally to UVB protection; the PA rating describes UVA protection.
  • 2% butyl avocadate is the highlighted avocado-derived oil-balance ingredient. Camelina sativa seed oil supplies an emollient component.
  • The Icescreen blend features bay leaf, coffee seed, cocoa seed and eucalyptus leaf. These botanical highlights complement the sensory formula rather than replacing its UV filters.
  • The milky essence spreads in a light layer for use before makeup. The protection rating depends on generous, even application; a tiny decorative amount is insufficient.

How to use

  1. Shake as directed on the bottle. Apply generously and evenly to face, ears and neck as the last morning skincare step before makeup.
  2. Apply before sun exposure according to the package timing and allow the layer to settle. Do not mix with moisturiser or foundation.
  3. Reapply during exposure, especially after sweating, swimming or towelling, following the pack. Use shade and protective clothing as well.
