How to use
With clean hands, spread a small amount over a small area of intact external skin and massage gently. Start sparingly and wash your hands afterwards. Keep the product away from your eyes, nose, mouth and other delicate areas.

For external use only; do not swallow. Do not apply to wounds or irritated skin, use with a heating pad, or cover with a tight dressing. Stop if burning, rash or irritation occurs.
