We ship from Thailand to the countries listed in the “Deliver to” selector on product pages and in your cart. Select your country, state or province when required, and postal code, then click “Calculate delivery” to see the available services and estimated delivered total before checkout.
Standard delivery is estimated at 8–12 business days after dispatch. Express delivery takes approximately 3–5 business days on supported routes. Shipping is paid separately and depends on your destination and parcel weight. Use “Calculate delivery” on the product page or in your cart to see available services, shipping and the estimated delivered total before checkout. The final delivery address, availability and additional checkout discounts can change the total. Delivery times are estimates.
No. All duties, import taxes and customs-clearance fees are included worldwide. No extra import charges on delivery. If a carrier requests an import payment, contact us before paying so we can resolve it.
Our products are sourced locally in Thailand through established retailers, pharmacies, brand counters, distributors and trusted suppliers. We check the product, size and variant against your order and carefully pack it before dispatch from Thailand. You can read more on our Authenticity & Sourcing page.
Once your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking number and link. You can follow your parcel through our Track Your Order page. Depending on the route, updates may come from FastShip, the international carrier or the local delivery partner. Contact us if you need help with tracking.
