ACCA by Dr.DSP Anti-Acne Gel is a targeted leave-on gel for blemish-prone areas that also need comfortable hydration. The 4 g and 15 g tubes are alternative sizes.
Formula and function
- 2% butyl avocadate is the avocado-derived oil-control ingredient highlighted by ACCA. This percentage belongs to butyl avocadate, not to Boswellia extract.
- Boswellia serrata (frankincense) extract complements the formula’s soothing skin-care focus. Its percentage is not stated on the official description.
- 3% Aquaxyl is a xylitol-based hydration complex that complements oil-focused care without making the gel a drying wash.
- Apply only a thin, even layer. A leave-on gel remains on the skin after cleansing and is distinct from a spot-covering concealer or a cleansing balm.

How to use
- Cleanse and gently dry the face.
- Apply a small amount in a thin layer to the intended areas and let it settle before moisturiser.
- Use morning and evening according to the pack directions. Finish daytime skincare with sunscreen and replace the cap tightly.
