BE BETTER Dual Function Glass Foot File is a reusable manual foot-care tool for smoothing rough, dry surface skin on the feet. It is a glass file, not a blister plaster, moisturizing foot mask or medicated patch. Each box contains one file.

Material and design

The supplied product packaging identifies tempered glass. The clear rectangular file has two visibly different textured sections for surface filing and finishing. Its action is mechanical: the textured glass contacts rough skin as you move it with controlled pressure. There is no gel, chemical peeling solution or moisturizing ingredient in the file.

How to use gently

  • Start with clean feet. The supplied packaging describes use on wet or dry feet; choose the method and texture that feel comfortable.
  • Move the file gently over thickened surface skin using light, controlled strokes. Do not press hard or repeatedly file one point.
  • Stop before the skin becomes tender. Rinse or wipe away loose skin particles and apply your usual foot moisturizer afterwards if desired.
  • Rinse the tool after use, let it dry thoroughly and store it safely to prevent impact.
