BE.U Essence Water is a watery leave-on facial essence for dehydration, dullness and the appearance of visible pores. Use it immediately after cleansing, before serum and moisturiser.

Formula and function

• 5% niacinamide (vitamin B3), as stated by BE.U, supports an even-looking tone and skin-barrier care. Niacinamide and vitamin B3 are the same ingredient here.
• Fomes officinalis extract is the featured European Polyporus mushroom ingredient. FAEX extract is a yeast-derived ingredient; its presence does not imply live probiotic organisms in the bottle.
• Four hyaluronic-acid forms—sodium acetylated hyaluronate, sodium hyaluronate, sodium hyaluronate crosspolymer and hydrolysed sodium hyaluronate—work alongside betaine and beta-glucan as moisture-binding ingredients.
• Vigna aconitifolia (moth bean) seed extract is the botanical ingredient presented as a vitamin-A alternative. It is not retinol and does not establish a retinoid concentration.
• The published INCI includes fragrance. The product is a lightweight hydrating layer rather than a sunscreen or an exfoliating cleanser.

How to use

1. After cleansing, pour a small coin-sized amount into clean hands.
2. Pat gently over face and neck, avoiding the eyes. Leave on; do not rinse.
3. Use morning and evening as directed by BE.U. Follow with serum or moisturiser, and finish the morning routine with sunscreen.
