How to use
Apply generously to face and neck 20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply regularly and after sweating, swimming or towel drying, following the pack directions. Use shade and protective clothing.

Using sunscreen in a daily routine
Apply an even, generous layer as the final skincare step before makeup. Cover exposed areas carefully and follow the timing on the supplied label. SPF describes UVB protection under test conditions and PA describes UVA protection; the protection obtained depends on application and regular reapplication. A thin or uneven layer reduces protection.
Reapplication and practical care
Follow the pack instructions and reapply during outdoor exposure, especially after swimming, sweating or towel drying. Combine sunscreen with shade, a hat and clothing, and avoid prolonged intense sun. No sunscreen blocks all UV radiation. The pack quantity does not change how much is needed at each application, and several small sachets should not be interpreted as a fixed number of days of protection.
