Lobo Tofu Miso Soup Powder
A dry instant miso soup combining fermented soybean seasoning, tofu, wakame and spring onion. Bonito extract gives it a savoury broth character; it is not a vegan or vegetarian soup.
Flavour and composition
Miso powder forms 52% of the recipe.
Preparation
- Open one inner 10 g sachet and pour its contents into a heat-resistant cup or small bowl.
- Add 160 ml hot water at approximately 80°C, following the package instructions.
- Stir thoroughly and allow the tofu and seaweed to rehydrate before serving.
Each 30 g outer retail pack contains three 10 g portions. This bundle of three outer packs contains nine individual portions in total.
