A tamarind-based dry seasoning for a light, sour Sinigang-style soup. It combines tamarind and tomato powders with salt, spices and acidity regulators; add the vegetables and protein of your choice.

How to prepare — one packet
Mix one 40 g packet into approximately 2 litres water. Add around 1 kg of your preferred vegetables and prawns or fish, bring to the boil and simmer for roughly 10 minutes, or until all ingredients are safely cooked. If using meat that needs a longer cooking time, cook it until tender before adding the seasoning.
The recipe above is for one 40 g packet, not the entire multipack. Scale water and fresh ingredients only when using additional packets. Follow the cooking and storage instructions on the packet supplied.
Serving and storage
Only the packaged soup seasoning is included.
