A leave-on evening serum for uneven-looking tone, visible dark spots and a complexion that looks dull or feels rough. This 30 ml Moon Serum combines a 10% complex of Melasyl™, pro-retinol, glycolic acid and niacinamide in a fluid texture. The percentage describes the combined complex; it does not mean 10% retinol or 10% glycolic acid.

What the formula does
Melasyl™ appears in the ingredient list as 2-mercaptonicotinoyl glycine and supports the formula’s dark-spot appearance focus. Niacinamide supports a more even-looking complexion. Glycolic acid helps loosen dull surface cells, while retinyl palmitate is the pro-retinol ingredient used here. Glycerin, hydroxyethyl urea and several glycols attract water to help maintain a comfortable hydrated feel. Allantoin and dipotassium glycyrrhizate provide skin-conditioning support; tocopherol and ascorbyl glucoside are vitamin E and vitamin C derivatives.
How to use
At night, spread a thin, even layer over clean face and neck, avoiding the eye area, then apply moisturiser. Use only enough to cover the skin comfortably. Introduce gradually if your skin is unfamiliar with exfoliating or vitamin A products. Apply at least SPF30 the following morning.
Precautions
Do not apply to broken or irritated skin. Avoid eyes; rinse immediately with water after contact. Stop if irritation develops. The formula contains fragrance, aromatic oils and a vitamin A derivative.
