Rich matte colour with a lightweight feel. L’Oréal Paris Infallible Matte Resistance is a liquid lipstick that combines concentrated colour with a smooth, easy-to-blend texture. You receive one 5 ml lipstick in 115 Snooze. It suits a defined lip look or a softly blended edge, with an opaque matte finish that keeps the colour at the centre of the look.

The formula pairs colour pigments with a silicone-based texture. Dimethicone gives slip as you spread the colour, while volatile isododecane helps the layer set. Trimethylsiloxysilicate and the listed silicone polymers form a film that helps keep the pigment in place. Sodium hyaluronate, a form of hyaluronic acid, is included for its moisture-binding properties. This combination explains the product’s focus on matte colour with a comfortable, light feel.

L’Oréal describes Matte Resistance as non-sticky and comfortable, with wear for up to 16 hours. Actual wear varies with application, food, drink and lip condition. Give the colour time to set before continuing your routine.

How to apply

  1. Start with clean lips. If you use balm beforehand, remove any excess so the colour applies evenly.
  2. Use the applicator to begin at the centre of the upper lip and follow its natural outline.
  3. Fill the lower lip and spread one thin, even layer across both lips.
  4. For a softer edge, blend while the formula is still workable. Let the lipstick set before adding more.

Care: For lip use only. Avoid the eyes and stop use if irritation develops. Do not share the applicator. Contains fragrance; the complete formula and possible colourants are listed below.
