Formula & key ingredients

The rose ingredient profile includes Rosa Gallica flower water and Rosa Centifolia, Rosa Canina and Rosa Damascena extracts. Glycerin and propylene glycol act as humectants. This is a fragranced cosmetic toner; rose ingredient percentages are not disclosed.

How to use
