Manufacturer's published composition: Key Ingredients: Green Curry Paste (Chili 28%, Garlic 10%, Shallot 6%, Coriander 5%, Galangal 2%, Lemongrass 2%), Palm Oil 14%, Cane Sugar mixed with Coconut Sugar 7%, Sugar 7%, Iodized Salt 5%, Fish Sauce 4%, Shrimp Paste 2%, Spices (Coriander Seed Powder, White Pepper Powder, Cumin Powder, Turmeric Powder) 1%, Food Additive (INS 422, INS 575), Flavour Enhancer (Monosodium L-glutamate and Disodium 5'-ribonucleotides), Preservative (INS 202), Natural Flavoring and Nature Identical Flavoring.
How to use
For one 80 g pouch, bring 200 ml coconut milk to a boil and stir in the curry paste. Add your meat and cook thoroughly. Add 200 ml water and simmer until the dish is ready. Meat, coconut milk, water and vegetables are supplied separately.
Storage & precautions
Store sealed away from heat, direct sunlight and moisture. Use clean, dry utensils and close the pack promptly after taking a portion. Follow the best-before date and storage directions on the received retail pack. Do not consume if the seal is damaged, mould is present or the food has an unusual rancid or spoiled odour.
