How to use
Mix the seasoned flour with cold water to make a coating batter appropriate to your recipe. Coat the prepared meat or vegetables, then fry in suitable hot oil until the coating is golden and the centre is fully cooked. Drain before serving. This is a seasoned flour, not plain wheat flour.
Storage & precautions
Store sealed away from heat, direct sunlight and moisture. Use clean, dry utensils and close the pack promptly after taking a portion. Follow the best-before date and storage directions on the received retail pack. Do not consume if the seal is damaged, mould is present or the food has an unusual rancid or spoiled odour.
Manufacturer's allergen information: Contains wheat and may contain sulphite. Seasonings contain salt or sodium and may contain animal-derived ingredients. Check the selected retail formula if you have a food allergy or a strict dietary requirement. Cook all fresh ingredients thoroughly.
