Composition & product information
A Palo five-spice cooking mix with Chinese spices and the Thai coriander-root, garlic and pepper combination. Full current recipe proportions are not published on the product page; no specific allergen-free claim is made.
How to use
Marinate pork with one 80 g sachet for 15 minutes, then add 1 litre water and simmer for about 30 minutes, ensuring the meat is fully cooked. Add eggs or tofu as desired for your recipe. This is a seasoning mix; fresh ingredients are not included.
Storage & precautions
Store sealed away from heat, direct sunlight and moisture. Use clean, dry utensils and close the pack promptly after taking a portion. Follow the best-before date and storage directions on the received retail pack. Do not consume if the seal is damaged, mould is present or the food has an unusual rancid or spoiled odour.
Seasonings contain salt or sodium and may contain animal-derived ingredients. Check the selected retail formula if you have a food allergy or a strict dietary requirement. Cook all fresh ingredients thoroughly. Do not eat seasoning powder, batter mix or stock cubes on their own.
