How to use

Dissolve the measured five-spice seasoning in water and simmer with pork, eggs or tofu for a Palo-style dish. Cook all fresh ingredients thoroughly. This is a seasoned mix, not pure five-spice powder.

Storage & precautions

Store sealed away from heat, direct sunlight and moisture. Use clean, dry utensils and close the pack promptly after taking a portion. Follow the best-before date and storage directions on the received retail pack. Do not consume if the seal is damaged, mould is present or the food has an unusual rancid or spoiled odour.

Seasonings contain salt or sodium and may contain animal-derived ingredients. Check the selected retail formula if you have a food allergy or a strict dietary requirement. Cook all fresh ingredients thoroughly. Do not eat seasoning powder, batter mix or stock cubes on their own.
