Manufacturer's published composition: Key Ingredients: Iodized salt 21%, sugar 7%, dark soy sauce 3%, soy sauce 1%, garlic powder 0.5%, spice blend (cinnamon 0.2%, star anise 0.1%, coriander seed 0.1%, cardamom 0.05%, galangal 0.03%, clove 0.02%, Sichuan pepper 0.01%), black pepper powder 0.4%, celery powder 0.4%, pork bone soup 0.1%, flavor enhancers (monosodium L-glutamate and disodium 5’-ribonucleotides), food additives (INS 1442, INS 270), natural color (INS 150c), preservative (INS 202), sweetener (sucralose), nature-identical flavoring.
How to use
Stir the measured concentrate into hot water until dissolved, then bring to a simmer. Adjust with water to the strength required for your noodle-soup recipe. Add separately cooked noodles and thoroughly cooked meat or vegetables. This is concentrated seasoning and must be diluted; it is not a drink or ready-to-eat soup.
Storage & precautions
Store sealed away from heat, direct sunlight and moisture. Use clean, dry utensils and close the pack promptly after taking a portion. Follow the best-before date and storage directions on the received retail pack. Do not consume if the seal is damaged, mould is present or the food has an unusual rancid or spoiled odour.
Seasonings contain salt or sodium and may contain animal-derived ingredients. Check the selected retail formula if you have a food allergy or a strict dietary requirement. Cook all fresh ingredients thoroughly. Do not eat seasoning powder, batter mix or stock cubes on their own.
