How to use
For the regular pork, chicken and beef powders, the manufacturer gives example uses of 10 g per litre of soup, 5 g per 250 g stir-fry, or 10 g per 500 g food for frying. Start with a measured amount, distribute evenly and taste before adding salt. Mild, mushroom and reduced-sodium recipes should be measured for the selected formula rather than assumed identical.
Storage & precautions
Store sealed away from heat, direct sunlight and moisture. Use clean, dry utensils and close the pack promptly after taking a portion. Follow the best-before date and storage directions on the received retail pack. Do not consume if the seal is damaged, mould is present or the food has an unusual rancid or spoiled odour.
Manufacturer's allergen information: contain wheat and soy bean and may contain crab, shrimp, fish, milk. Seasonings contain salt or sodium and may contain animal-derived ingredients. Check the selected retail formula if you have a food allergy or a strict dietary requirement. Cook all fresh ingredients thoroughly. Do not eat seasoning powder, batter mix or stock cubes on their own.
