Composition and product character
Menthol, methyl salicylate and camphor are the active ingredients listed by the manufacturer. The White Balm formula contains 28% menthol and provides a cooling sensation. It is a balm rather than a liquid oil.
White Balm gives a cooling sensation; Yellow Balm gives a warming sensation. The product is supplied ready to use; this offer contains finished retail units rather than loose ingredients, empty containers or refill liquid.
How to use
Apply a small amount to the intended area of intact skin and massage gently, following the original label. Wash hands after application and replace the lid or cap firmly. Do not apply around the eyes or on open wounds, irritated or damaged skin.
Precautions
For external use only. Do not swallow. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Keep out of reach of children. Stop use if irritation or other abnormal symptoms occur, and seek advice from a pharmacist or healthcare professional if symptoms persist. The manufacturer states that these oils, balms and relief creams should not be used on children under 3 years old. Check the named ingredients before use if sensitive to aromatic preparations. The presence of menthol, camphor or methyl salicylate requires careful handling; do not add other oils or change the formulation.
