Tao Kae Noi grew from a Thai seaweed-snack idea in 2004 into a range built around different ways of enjoying the same ingredient. Big Sheet takes the brand’s crisp seasoned seaweed into a broad sheet. Break it into smaller bites or enjoy the sheet slowly, letting the seasoning and the seaweed come through together.
