VISTRA’s standard strength fish oil uses oil sourced from Iceland, presented in an easy to identify forty five capsule bottle. Each capsule contains 1000 mg of fish oil, with the label specifying EPA and DHA separately. Vitamin E completes the formula; the amount of fish oil should not be confused with the amount of omega 3.
