How to enjoy or prepare

Disperse the measured powder in the liquid specified by your recipe, then heat and stir until completely dissolved. Add the remaining ingredients at the stage your recipe specifies, pour into moulds and allow to set. Use a recipe designed for agar: a gram-for-gram substitution for gelatin can change the result.
